Disallowed drop handling mode:
(Example: If RNG rolls a 2* Broadsider, the Explosive effect will be removed from the possible rolls for the major effect.)
(Example: If RNG rolls a 2* Broadsider and RNG rolls for Explosive, the major effect is re-rolled until it gives something else.)
